Expect Talent was founded by Managing Director, Samantha Rathling, a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for excellence and quality. Samantha established the business out of a desire to change people's opinion's of the recruitment industry. Samantha has been working in recruitment for 6 years and has a background in Sales and Marketing in both mulitinationals and SME's across Europe. Expect Talent has established itself with a solid reputation in the marketplace, as a global recruitment specialist.
Established in 2005, our team is made up of Talent Managers and support staff, we never hire people from within the recruitment industry and do not incentivise our team with any form of commission structure, our Recruiters are purely focused on sourcing the best talent for our clients. Our team provide a consultative and personal service to our talented professionals, to help each person secure the right position in the right company.
