The interview process can be scary, nerve-racking and intense. Preparation is always the key to a successful interview and here at Expect Talent we aim to help you with this important aspect of jobseeking. Some things to consider:
- Research the company - they are your potential next employer!
- Know the job description inside out
- Dress Code - make a good first impression
- What questions will you be asked? Prepare and know your answers
- Prepare examples of work experience and skills you have that will benefit the client
- Why do you really want the job?
- Why are you the best candidate for the role?
- Making sure to build a relationship with the interviewer(s) is key
