How quickly will I receive a response to my application?
We will acknowledge receipt of your application as soon as your email is read by our Candidate Services Division. You will then receive a full response and feedback on your CV and application in less than 2 working days..
Will I get an interview?
If we believe that you are suitable for a vacancy we are working on, you will be invited for an initial telephone interview with one of our Talent Consultants. If we feel that there is a strong match to our client's needs then we will submit your details to our client and in 90% of cases you should be invited for interview by the company hiring. We will only put you forward for a position if we feel you are a strong contender.
Does it cost anything to register my CV with Expect Talent?
No. It does not cost anything to submit your details and register with us. We are paid by our clients to source and match the best talent in the market for their vacancies.
How often will I hear from Expect Talent?
We will not bombard you with emails or spam you. Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to us. However, we always look to our network of registered candidates when a new vacancy becomes available. If we believe you are a suitable candidate, we will contact you, send you a job description to review and invite you for an initial telephone interview with us.

Where do we recruit?
We currently recruit for clients across Europe, although most positions are based in Ireland or the UK. When submitting your CV please provide us with as much information as possible about where you would like to work.
What type of positions do we recruit for?
We recruit primarily for the Shared Services and Call Centre Industry. Professions include Senior Management, Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, Inside Sales, Human Resources, IT and Marketing.
